After spending eight days cruising the Nile river near Luxor it is time to fly back to Cairo. Tomorrow we visit Memphis and end the day — and our Egypt tour — at the Pyramids of Giza. We’ve taken thousands of photos and have visited about a dozen ruins. It’s been great.

Flu Shot
Received a flu shot today; one of those requirements for working at a hospital. Happens that a member of our IS/IT department was once a nurse, so she had the pleasure of sticking me with a sharp object.
